Gooseberries have been cultivated in Europe since the middle of the 16th century. We use the variety "Red Triumphbeere", which was discovered around 1830 by the English gardener Rob Whinham. We refer our berries to small farmers from Mittelbaden, because this region is particularly suitable for climatic climates. The shell is purple and the taste sweet-sour. Also excellent as a spritzer.
Our gooseberry nectar has been produced naturally since the middle of 2015 and has therefore changed slightly in color and appearance! We chose this step, because there are even more trub components in the nectar and this leads again to a clear aroma improvement.
