The topaz used for this apple juice comes from the organic farm Clostermann in Bisheim in Lower Rhine and from BIOLAND farms from the Old Country. The apple juice has a spicy acidity and a powerful aroma. For lovers of acid-accented apples it is an excellent table-top and an excellent baked apple.
